I have a studio apartment in Shakopee I'm looking to sublease from late August, Sept or Oct through the end of July. Afterwards you can continue the lease or move. It's pretty big for a studio at 400 square feet. I was expecting it to be the size of a dorm room, but it's much bigger. There are two closets- one small and another you can walk into with a lot of shelf space, the kitchen and bathroom are nice and a good size and there's a deck. There are always parking spots open. There's air conditioning in the room as well. It's located right off of Marschall near highway 169 and near shopping and the casino. Rent is $595 a month plus elec.
