Option one is you can rent a furnished room with all utilties included except dsl for $395 a month...This option includes full use of the kitchen-bathroom and commons areas and fenced backyard with fire pit.. Option two is you could rent the other unfurnished room is $355... Both of these room options include the above mentioned amenities at no extra charge... Option three for the right person could be the best option and the best deal and the way that works is you would rent the who main level of my house which is 3 bedrooms and there is good sized kitchen.Also there is a bathroom and a fairly descent sized living room...This rental option is $815 and includes all utilties except trash and dsl... Feel free to call anytime about the rooms for rent as I am not near my computer all that often... I am willing to work a deal for the right person.
