Looking for Responsible single Male or female w/o kids to rent our basement. Share laundry, and kitchen. Must be okay with cats and outside animals. $500 including utilities, and if you love horses and are an experienced rider we would only charge you $400 per month if you would ride our horses when needed. If interested and have questions, please e-mail me. This would be available June 1st! You would have own fridge along with basement, and your own bathroom also. I would like at least 2 references or if you haven't rented before and this is first time, I would like to make an appointment to sit down with you to discuss some things as far as renting, job, and how responsible you are.
